Karen L. Maness, Texas Performing Arts Assistant Professor of Practice, will join us for a pre-film presentation on her 2023 re-released book, The Art of the Hollywood Backdrop. Through stunning images, Maness shares the history behind the extraordinary Warner Bros. scenic artists and some of the backdrops featured in DIE HARD, LETHAL WEAPON, THE PERFECT STORM, GHOSTBUSTERS, and more!
